Warranty period
12 months or 18 months for different machines.Our professional technicians will support to solve the problems on AIR for oversea customers. In the other hand, regarding the vulnerable part, like button, joystick & others, we will ship some with machines as spare, so you can replace at shortest time then machine will continue working. If for other problem, pls take photos or videos to show us what the situation is or we will arrange a video talk with technicians. If need to send back the parts for repair, shipping freight will be discussed.
